your pets while you are away?
If your answer is yes, then bring them on holiday with you!
All you have to do is look after them and the best bit is – NO CHARGE
All Pets must be booked in with each holiday reservation.

We welcome dogs, but we ask you not to allow them to sleep on the settee or chairs and also not to allow them upstairs. If your dog is wet or muddy after a days walking, or perhaps you have been on the beach and they are covered in sand then we have a special shower unit with hot water and towels to rub your dog dry in a building near the cottage. We also have a holding area inside if you have more than one dog where they can lie on the Tuffie bed www.tuffies.co.uk which is insulated, warm, strong and waterproof while they wait their turn in the shower.
We
have an enclosed garden with the cottage for your dog and a bridge
links into the orchard where they can run free, but if there is
any fouling we would be grateful if this could be placed in the
bin provided and this can be found in the orchard. Also around
the courtyard we ask that your dog be either on a lead or at heel.
This is for the sake of our cats and the ducks which occasionally wander around the courtyard and stream. You are very welcome to walk your dog(s) around the fields but we ask you not to allow them to run free in any field which has animals and in particular sheep, as it is very distressing for sheep to be chased by dogs. We have a limit of two dogs, unless they are very small in which case three dogs are acceptable. Please state this on your booking form. Owners will be responsible for the cost of any damage or additional cleaning associated with the dogs - please see booking form for terms and conditions. |
HAMSTERS, RABBITS & GUINEA PIGS

We
have cages for Hamsters, Rabbits and Guinea Pigs, sorry no Ferrets.
Hay and wood shavings for bedding is available free of charge.
Please
ensure you bring your animal’s own food and bowls.
A large run is also available to use in the garden for the Guinea Pigs
and Rabbits.
All
we ask is you clean out your pet’s cage into the special
bins provided and look after their wellbeing. We will ensure all cages are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each use. |
