Prices are inclusive of bed linen and towels.
High chair and cot (with bedding) are available for your use.

Electricity is by meter (£1). Oil and wood are charged at cost
(A basket of logs is included in your rent)

Telephone bookings remain firm for a period of five working days

Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of the completed booking form and a booking deposit of £100.00 or 25% of the holiday cost, whichever is the greater. The balance of the holiday cost plus the refundable deposit of £50.00 (only if bringing dogs) must be paid no late than 28 days prior to the start of your holiday

The cottage is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival to 12 noon on the final day of the letting period. Please do not arrive early as we need time to prepare your cottage.

If for any reason it is not possible to take up the reservation the whole rent is payable. If however sufficient notice is given to enable the cottage to be re-let your money will be returned, less a handling charge of £20, the deposit and any expenses incurred.
